They're not truly GF patently and not safety for celiacs. Also THE MEAT IS Not GF. on their online menu it lists it every bit so but it isn't. Their corporate sent me the ingredient listing so be enlightened.

The menu has gluten free options, simply I was told they don't do gluten complimentary. They weren't busy then I tin can't imagine they just didn't want to clean their stations, merely whatever. We just won't consume there 🤷🏼‍♀

I'm very gluten sensitive (not Celiacs, but a tiny bit of gluten does a lot of impairment to me). I ordered a crunchy beef taco supreme and a power bowl with steak. I was nervous to try the ground beefiness merely had read and seen on the allergen card that they are no longer making their beefiness with gluten containing ingredients, so I took the risk. Information technology was a success! No reaction!

Okay so at some point in 2020, Taco Bell revamped their ground beef recipe so information technology no longer includes gluten containing ingredients. Their Hardshell Tacos, Taco Supreme, Dorito Taco, and Dorito Taco Surpreme; are likewise now listed equally not containing gluten. I haven't eaten Taco Bong in over seven years. After learning this and talking to the person at a drive through who said that their would probably exist a chance of cross contagion- I gave it a shot. I've tried a taco supreme and a dorito taco at 4 different Taco Bell locations in California, New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas. And never got glutened 😃 it'southward amazing

Staff is not trained but their nutrition info with allergens including wheat and gluten is available on asking and on their website. They take an article for gluten free eaters explaining some of the options and risks now too.

I'one thousand pretty sensitive to gluten/ cross contamination and accept had to figure out ways to improvise with non many gluten free options in Saratoga Springs. The merely matter I ever get is the crunchy tacos. I beloved them and don't seem to have much of a reaction (if any) afterwards eating them. I wouldn't cartel affect annihilation else on the bill of fare though!

Apparently the ground beef contains gluten, simply y'all can sub shredded craven on a crunchy taco. Their Power Bowls are great - you lot go fresh ingredients, and you can choose from chicken or steak. Information technology's also my understanding that the chips and guac/salsa are gluten free too.

Got sick within iv hours after eating here, if y'all are celiac, DO NOT EAT Hither. I got severally ill and was almost sent to the ER after puking non-end, dizziness, and slurred speech. If you are celiac I recommend looking somewhere else or making your own tacos at home.

The people at the counter said they had goose egg gluten free. We left. At the time, the website would simply evidence me breakfast options--hash brown,coffee, orange juice. That'southward because I eliminated both gluten and wheat before searching. Later, when I searched only to eliminate gluten, there were more options. However, I would non be willing to trust these uneducated employees to handle my food safely.

Just the sodas, i of the cantina bowls, corn tortillas, and the Verde salsa are free of gluten. Everything else has wheat, including the meat and beans! Tread very carefully.!

Not a good GF place. They use wheat in their beefiness to thicken it. Chips are fried in a contaminated oil. Rice is the only GF production really. Avert if you are a celiac.
